Except for the activities specially indicated on the website, the principles of freight handling are as follows:

• Free shipping for orders over HK$400 after discount;
• If the order amount is less than HKD400 after discount, the shipping fee for Jump Point is HKD35. If the address is at SF Express Station, smart locker or convenience store, it will be sent by freight collect.
• Large items may be sent by Jump Point or other shipping methods, please check with us before purchasing.

We mainly ship most orders with SF Express.
Residential or business addresses have the opportunity to be mailed by Jump Point.
If you choose to ship by Jump Point, some remote areas including but not limited to outlying islands may not be able to ship, please contact us for details.

Large items have the opportunity to be delivered using Jumppoint or Van, and can only be shipped to business or residential addresses.

Shipping method and delivery time

Keeping you updated: After placing an order, when we hand over your order to the delivery company, you will receive a shipping notification email with the shipping provider, tracking information and estimated delivery date. Neither Somerare nor its partner delivery service company can provide the exact time of delivery, but you can check the latest order status such as delivery date and delivery company information on the online self-service.

Notice

When the company sends the product by courier, the ownership of the product will be transferred from the company to you.
The company will deliver the product according to the user's request. If you complete the relevant ordering procedures, you accept the terms and conditions. If the product is returned due to incomplete address or no consignee, the company will charge an administration fee of HKD 100 for the total product.

The free shipping offer is given as a gift, if there is any return, the shipping fee needs to be returned.
