generally

1. We do our best to maintain an up-to-date inventory of goods online, and if a product is out of stock, you will be notified in writing that it is out of stock.
2. If the item is out of stock, and the item is available for pre-order, we will send it out in about 7-14 working days or a specified date, and we do not accept this as a reason for refund.
3. The order contains pre-order items and will be shipped after all items are available.
4. After confirming the payment, in-stock products will generally be shipped within 2-3 working days (working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and Hong Kong public holidays)

1. We reserve the right to change the price and availability of products without notice to you.

1. When you place an order, it means that you purchase the goods from the company at the specified price of the goods. Once you submit, you may not cancel or change the order, even if the company has not accepted or rejected your order.
2. You will receive a confirmation email by email upon completion of your order. This confirmation email will provide:
   your order details,
   Details of the price charged,
   Your order follow-up information, and expected dispatch and delivery information.
   This communication will signify our acceptance of your order. You can track the status of your order online.
3. The Company reserves the right to not accept or cancel an order for any reason in its sole and absolute discretion, including but not limited to:
   There is insufficient stock of the ordered goods;
   Failure to arrange delivery; or the price indicated for one or more of the items ordered has been incorrect due to human or computer error.
4. If the Company cancels your order, you will be notified by email and any amount debited by the Company on your credit card will be credited to your account as soon as possible within 30 days of your order. The company is not required to make any compensation for your dissatisfaction.

transport

1. When the company sends the product by courier, the ownership of the product will be transferred from the company to you .
2. The company will deliver the product according to the user's request. If you complete the relevant ordering procedures, you accept the terms and conditions. If the product is returned due to incomplete address or no consignee, the company will charge an administration fee of HKD 100 for the total product.
